Sending the form is an inquiry, not a purchase. It does not bind you and it does not bind us. An order is made only after we get back to you with a quote and you approve it, by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Prices, availability and delivery times are set in the quote itself, not on the website. Delivery times shown here are a usual estimate and not a commitment. What binds is what was agreed in the quote.

We try to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date. Even so, specifications and sizes may vary between suppliers and between batches. Before you order, ask us for the relevant specification and we will send it to you.
Where a standard is named on the site, that is information provided by the product's manufacturer. It is not a declaration of conformity by us. You can ask for the manufacturer's specification and we will pass it on.
