This policy is short because the website collects very little. There are no tracking cookies, no advertising, and no sharing of information with third parties.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form. That is:
- Company name and contact name
- Phone number, and email if you filled it in
- The products, sizes and quantities you asked for
- What you wrote in the free-text field
- Your answer to the question of how you found us
If you did not fill in the form, we have not saved any identifying detail about you.
What we do with it
We use it to get back to you with a quote, and to handle the order if you decide to place one. That is all.
We do not sell your information or pass it to anyone else, and we will not send you promotional mailings unless you ask for them.
Measuring site traffic
We count how many people visited the site and which pages were viewed. The measurement uses no cookies and does not identify you personally. It counts visits, not people. That is why the site has no cookie consent banner.
Where the information is kept
A request from the form arrives by email in Kpack's mailbox, and we keep it as we keep any other business inquiry.
Your rights
You may ask to see what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. One phone call or email is enough, and we will handle it.
